sales executive

General Responsibility

Assumes responsibility for selling Bidtracer software and its offerings. Works closely with the product support team to ensure customers needs are met. Ensures that customers are setup and trained correctly. Works closely with marketing to ensure that branding, messages and strategies work together to grow the Bidtracer software penetration in the marketplace. Works with other members of the Bidtracer team to deliver measurable results.

Principal Duties

-
Sells with minimal supervision, the Bidtracer offerings persuasively, persistently and confidently to all members of the construction community.
- Effective in conducting webinars and zoom type meetings to demonstrate, onboard and train customers on Bidtracer capabilities.
- Manages multiple ongoing opportunities and document progress in sales tracer, and follows up with customers until needs are met.
- Follows up with customers through contract negotiation and documentation.
- Works with the product support team to ensure that customers key information is gathered and setup on the Bidtracer platform to enable them effectively use the software.
- Conducts training and onboarding sessions with customers to ensure that they are proficient at using the software for their needs.
- Builds and maintains partnering relationships with the customers to identify ongoing needs / challenges, and provide feedback to our Product support teams to ensure that Bidtracer is consistently and continually improving our offerings to meet changing needs.
- Works closely with marketing to host and showcase the Bidtracer products at industry events.
- Gains loyalty, trust and commitment from the customer.Project management as required

.Requirements

-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent selling experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry – Security / Other trades.
- Experience in estimating and / or sales.
Travel as required – 5%

HVAC CONTROLS DESIGN ENGINEER

Multiple Vacancies - Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

General Responsibility

Under general direction and using established standards, templates and stencils, responsible for hardware and software designs for Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) control systems to meet the intent of the project requirements. Utilizes the Bidtracer software to engineer and generate submittals including wiring diagrams, flow charts, sequences, bill of materials, product data sheets, schedules to communicate design installation and operations of systems.

Principal Duties

-
Designs control systems from standard design library for flow diagrams, sequence of operations, bill of material, network layouts and electrical schematics as required by the contract documents.
- Coordinates the creation of necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation.
- Selects product components and creates appropriate stencils as required for design
-Cesigns and projects in a timely manner to meet the Project schedule and budgeted costs.
- Participates in pre-design and regular meetings and updates with project field team.
- Performs value engineering to provide cost effective results while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Gathers field changes from the project team and creates as-built drawings when required.
- Prepares proper documentation and/or manuals for system operation.
- Keeps management and customer informed of job progress and issues in a timely manner.
-Project management as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in HVAC controls design with demonstrated knowledge in control theory, HVAC, temperature controls, building automation systems and subsystems.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate multiple technical projects simultaneously.
- Advanced computer skills in drafting tools and submittal generation.
- Prior experience at Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Siemens, Carrier, Schneider Electric and/or Carrier is preferred.
