Sales Executive
Multiple Vacancies - Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

General Responsibility:

  • Assumes responsibility for selling Bidtracer software and its offerings. Works closely with the product support team to ensure customers needs are met. Ensures that customers are setup and trained correctly. Works closely with marketing to ensure that branding, messages and strategies work together to grow the Bidtracer software penetration in the marketplace. Works with other members of the Bidtracer team to deliver measurable results.

Principal Duties
  • Sells with minimal supervision, the Bidtracer offerings persuasively, persistently and confidently to all members of the construction community.
  • Effective in conducting webinars and zoom type meetings to demonstrate, onboard and train customers on Bidtracer capabilities.
  • Manages multiple ongoing opportunities and document progress in sales tracer, and follows up with customers until needs are met.
  • Follows up with customers through contract negotiation and documentation.
  • Works with the product support team to ensure that customers key information is gathered and setup on the Bidtracer platform to enable them effectively use the software.
  • Conducts training and onboarding sessions with customers to ensure that they are proficient at using the software for their needs.
  • Builds and maintains partnering relationships with the customers to identify ongoing needs / challenges, and provide feedback to our Product support teams to ensure that Bidtracer is consistently and continually improving our offerings to meet changing needs.
  • Works closely with marketing to host and showcase the Bidtracer products at industry events.
  • Gains loyalty, trust and commitment from the customer.
  • Project management as required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent selling experience.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry – Security / Other trades.
  • Experience in estimating and / or sales.
  • Travel as required – 5%

Marketing / Office Manager
Multiple Vacancies - Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

General Responsibility:

  • Assumes responsibility for development and implementation of marketing, branding and communications programs for Bidtracer. Assures that messages and strategies work together to grow the Bidtracer software penetration in the marketplace. Works with other members of the Bidtracer team to deliver measurable results. Performs the duties of the office manager of our Scottsdale office.

Principal Duties
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external resources in development of marketing communications strategies, associated programs and projects.
  • Interacts with all team members to research needs and determine appropriate marketing and communications activities to drive Bidtracer growth and utilization.
  • Execute integrated and consistent messages across the various Bidtracer products in support of the group strategic plan, including the need for global strategies and messages.
  • Research, design and implement appropriate programs to support the marketing communications activities, including advertising, public relations, and trade shows.
  • Research, evaluate and implementation of emerging marketing communications mediums/methods as well as sales and customer acquisition and onboarding strategies.
  • Develops, implements and manages marketing, branding and communications presence on social and business media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc) as well as company web presence.
  • Create, develop and manage all communications content utilized for demonstrations, onboarding and training of new customers.
  • Responsible for updating and development of all collateral used for data sheets and videos.
  • Manage all facets of showcase and corporate facility tours including standardized tour content and messaging. Host and plan customer engagements at corporate, showcase and industry events.
  • Project management as required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in industrial / B2B / B2B2C marketing or communications
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Travel as required – 25%
